| Because of the unique advantage of small volume, high transmitting power and efficiency, the power dividing gear train has broad applications in wind power and mining machinery and other fields. The analysis and designing process with computer implementation has always been the key points for the study workers. So it necessitates to establish the energy characteristic model of the gear trains. As the complicacy of gear trains’ structure, splitting the gear trains into unites is needed in order to achieve the analysis of gear trains and structure designing, by establishing the energy characteristic model of the unite and the constraint model, together with analyzing the energy characteristic of units’ nodes.This paper attempts to focus on the energy characteristic model and the analysis of configuration of dividing power gear train. As follows is idiographic research:First of all, on the basis of the study by the research group, the energy characteristic model of basic units could be optimized. Taking gear mechanism as the basic study element, the energy characteristic relationship between input and output in basic units with mathematic language was described based on state space theory and method of establishing energy characteristic model, extracting the relatively energy characteristic of planetary gears and building the energy characteristic model of compound gear trains.Secondly, the constraint model of gear trains was employed based on the combination of basic components. Through the analysis of the node’s energy characteristic in the process of units’combination, the combination pattern between basic components was discuss commencing from the components of the gear unit, along with establishing the constraint model during unites combined.Subsequently, the research presented the method of compound gear trains’power analysis based on energy characteristic model. By describing the characteristics of the connecting nodes with mathematical language and studying the energy characteristic of the nodes, the preliminary judgment was carried out on the power flow of the whole gear trains.Finally, the paper carried on the research of how to obtain the power dividing gear trains’ configuration. With respect to the study of units’combination pattern, energy characteristic model which was used to depict the gear trains’characteristic in different combination patterns was established. Making full use of this method, the power common composite unites in gear trains with parallel axis was analyzed. With the above discussion, not only does the procedure achieve the power analysis of the combination of units, but it can also provide the theoretical basis for configuration of power dividing in high-power gear trains. |
