Automotive power steering gear is one of the key components of automobile. The driver can use it to make the vehicle steering wheel on the bridge longitudinal axis deflection angle, to take the steering function. Also after receiving from accidental impact from the different road and automobile accident deviation driving direction, the power steering gear can cooperate with driving system together maintain stable driving. So the power steering gear directly influences the manipulation stability and safety. Meanwhile, it can better lighten the operation steering dish reaction and make steering operation easier.In allusion to the problem that there is some residual oil inside the automotive steering gear after the last production processes, this paper gets the internal key flow simulation analysis of auto power steering gear based on the related theory hydrodynamics, it takes the 3411010—A50A model of automotive power steering gear as example to research some fluent performance. First this paper uses automobile Catia software for parts and 3D modeling of the power steering gear assembly, getting three-dimensional model of the power steering gear internal key port, and then imports the Gambit software, meshes the local key and three-dimensional entity body. After meshing, it makes the grid entity to import the Fluent software, and then sets the boundary conditions, physical properties and fluid pressure of import and export based on the CFD model in connecting the actual conditions of oil absorption machine and the working environment. After all these settings, we can get the import and export of steering gear internal port flow field simulation and some numerical simulations of the runners got form the redirector internal key flow field. Through the analysis of the visualization graph of the flow field obtained characteristics, we get the steering gear oil absorption machine of import and export the pressure optimized settings, and point out the residual oil reasons after the auto power steering gear on the machine of oil absorption.The thesis uses the orthogonal experiment design method which combining the multi-factor experiment and the optimum seeking method to select the auto power steering gear oil absorption of three key parameters optimized, the parameters are the first filling gas time, the continuous ventilation time in each Inflatable process and the interval time after aeration. Based on the orthogonal experiment table for the three time parameter Settings, we take some experiments, measure the auto power steering gear internal residual oil amount, and then compare and analysis the results. After these, we can obtain the optimal solutions about these time parameters. Through the programmable logical controller to adjust and control the three parameters of time, we optimize the auto power steering gear oil absorption machine further, make the auto power steering gear with a factory residual oil amount less, steering gear oil absorption operate faster, environment better. These can get the results of high speed and high efficiency of oil absorption machine on oil absorption and discharge, at the same time, reducing the unit enterprise-sapping hydraulic oil quantity of redirector, lessening automobile power steering gear production cost. These adapt to the modern fast and batched production, energy conservation and environmental protection effect, this also real-time response to the country "the twelfth five years plan" to reduce production unit consumption, energy conservation and environmental protection purposes.
