In recent years, with the development of the Internet and information industry,the Internet is already in our life all the time, such as water, electricity, gas and otherkinds of resources. With the prevalence of mobile devices and the Internet, theacceleration of the new big data is already achieved in index level. Nowadays,with the increasingly the big data, it has penetrated into every industries. Howto excavate and use the big data in application has become the popular topic ofdiscussion.With the proposed the concept of big data, big data began to attract more andmore attention. Using traditional database tool to extraction, management andprocessing big data is impossible to reach an acceptable time frame. So we need thecloud computing which has the processing platform, tools and analysis system todeal with big data. With the development of cloud computing, high performancecomputing is appeared. It can handle data by using multiple threads in each computer.This paper introduces the key technology of SOA and HPC by using Microsoftcloud computing platform System Center2012. Achieving the framework of SOAthat based on a cloud platform by using WCF technology, and designed the bussystem on cloud. From this system, with the using of SOA, achieved the applicationwhich used the HPC PACK system in data processing and concurrent access. Itmakes the data processing capability and speed into several times growth.Based on the using of SOA architecture and HPC PACK system on the systemin data processing and concurrent access, this topic designed a simple and practicalcloud bus system, and improved and verified the traditional Dijkstra algorithm whichusing in the system. The various functions of the system on the personal computerare strictly tested finally. Packaged the system into SOA architecture by using WCFtechnology, and deployed bus system on cloud and its data good to cloud platform and its sub nodes. Using SC2012+L2H model architecture to achieve highperformance computing. Comparative test on the implementation results, and we cancome to a conclusion finally. Achieved the application of data processing andconcurrent accessing to the bus system on cloud which using the HPC PACK system.
