With the rapid development of modern industrial technology and improvement of livingstandard, such as airports, military facilities, hospitals, large industrial production lines andother special occasions for the continuity of power supply reliability requirements are alsoimproved.Automatic transfer switch equipment get more extensive application in the powersupply system in different occasions. So how to make the switch device running safe andreliable is particularly important. Based on the analysis of the development status and the trendof automatic transfer switch equipment, described in detail the automatic transfer switchingequipment (ATSE) of the working principle, classification and application in different locationof ATSE in electric power system. According to the functional requirement of the controlsystem to determine automatic transfer switch design methods of hardware circuit, softwareprogramming of the control system, finally taking some practical anti-interference measuresreduce interference source of influence of the control system in the two aspects of hardwareand software, so as to improve the reliability of the switching device control system to make itrun stably and reliably.The design choose PIC18F46K22chip as the core processor to collect the data of powersupply voltage and control power switching. Adopts the idea of modular design, the hardwarecircuit according to the different functions can be divided into the power supply circuit unit,signal acquisition unit, control switching unit, man-machine interface unit parts. Automaticswitching equipment for power supply main failure causes most is due to the use of normalpower or backup power supply with one phase voltage power provides the working voltage,when the occurrence of overvoltage or under voltage fault, can not guarantee the controller canwork continuously. The design respectively select one phase between normal power supplyand backup power supply provides working voltage for the controller, when the normal powersupply side occurs failure, the backup power supply provide working voltage for the controller,and backup power supply controller,whereas the backup power supply occurs fault,the normalpower supply provides working voltage so that the controller can work continuously. Thesoftware of the control system is programmed by C language, according to different functionsthe program can be divided into the main program module, a voltage sampling program module, switching control program module and communication module, modularprogramming to reduce the complexity of the system, improve the efficiency of programmingwhich can reduce software development time. Compared with the traditional MCU,theexploitation of PIC is more convenient, reliability, it has the advantages of high precision, fastspeed.Abstract of dissertation should be concise and clear, without comment and additionalexplanation.
