In the environment of serious contradiction between energy supply and demand,energy conservation and environmental protection are imminent.As a major energy consumption entity,the power industry can play a huge role in energy conservation and environmental protection,especially in power grid enterprises,the intermediate link in the power system can be used as a bridge between power generation and electricity consumption,through rational allocation of resources,so as to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.Evaluating the status quo of energy conservation and environmental protection,excavating the existing problems,so as to provide suggestions for further improving energy conservation and environmental protection,is also the focus of current power grid departments.Therefore,combined with the Huizhou power grid's comprehensive evaluation of energy conservation and environmental protection,the main conclusions are as follows:1)Considering the actual operation of the power grid,based on the basic principles of energy-saving and environmental protection evaluation index construction,combined with the AHP evaluation theory,a hierarchical model for energy-saving and environmental protection evaluation of the power grid is established.Indicators for energy-saving and environmental protection evaluation of power grid are established from the aspects of power grid loss,operation energy consumption and environmental protection,and corresponding secondary and tertiary indicators are constructed based on the first-level indicators.Based on the above evaluation system,the weights of each index are determined by expert scoring method,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model of total factors is established,which provides a complete mathematical model for further application in power grid operation evaluation.2)Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model,taking Huizhou power grid as the actual research object,the comprehensive evaluation of energy conservation and environmental protection is carried out.By analyzing the development status of Huizhou power grid,grasping the current situation of power consumption and power installation,this paper further analyzes the current situation of energy conservation and environmental protection in Huizhou power grid from three aspects of power loss,operation and environmental protection,and then synthesizes the energy conservation and environmental protection of Huizhou power grid with the help of the AHP model established above.The joint evaluation is mainly divided into two parts: one is the longitudinal evaluation of the overall energy-saving and environmental protection level of Huizhou power grid during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,indicating that the level of energy-saving and environmental protection is rising year by year;the other is the horizontal comparison of energy-saving and environmental protection levels between the administrative regions,mining the weaknesses of energy-saving and environmental protection in each region,to provide further improvement for the follow-up.Data base.3)According to the comprehensive evaluation results of energy-saving and environmental protection of Huizhou power grid,the paper puts forward some engineering suggestions to further improve the energy-saving and environmental protection situation.The power supply side needs to promote the decommissioning of small thermal power and promote the development of new energy;the power grid side needs to strengthen the grid construction to improve the level of power grid loss reduction;the user side needs to promote the application of new energy-saving technologies to promote energy-saving management of users.Detailed and feasible engineering suggestions have been put forward to further improve the energy-saving and environmental protection level of Huizhou power grid from various aspects.Taking Huizhou power grid as an example,the feasibility and scientificalness of the proposed model are verified.
