Architectural design industry in the development stage,with thebuilding's architectural features and requirements of the market continues to improve,a variety of high-rise buildings and large span structure mushroomed to grow up.Since the construction of such buildings demand in terms of growing,tall application template stent system more widely.But Correspondingly,the number of high formwork accidents is also increasing,to the country and the people brought huge economic loss and personnel casualties.Therefore,for practical high formwork system stability analysis and safety research has important practical significance.In this paper,Chaoyang District,Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park Phase II Lot A6 west electron construction project engineering background,Bian take numerical calculation,the theoretical analysis and simulation software are three ways of safe and stable high performance structural formwork system research and analysis.Research,conclusions and meanings are as follows:(1)a review of the associated data collection and collation of high formwork accident cases occurred in China in recent years,analyzed and summed up the cause of the accident,to provide reference for the future to avoid similar accidents.(2)In this paper,high formwork performance,configuration and characteristics were analyzed,and scaffold architecture expand.Help us understand the support system,stress analysis system scaffolding structure for the future formwork process has certain guiding significance for the stability analysis and design.(3)is derived by different constraints imposed to axial plunger member Euler equation,and the introduction of high Formwork analysis model and calculation method,semi-rigid joints come closer to the actual situation of law and the use of semi-rigid joints France to study.(4)summarizes the current basis of common Cuplock high formwork support Stability analysis on the calculation method,focusing on the applicability cuplock high formwork,it introduces the A6 Lot D / E Block high formwork system support programs,and slab formwork and beam template strength,rigidity and stability of the support system were checking;to provide reference for future similar construction cuplock high formwork system.(5)and using SAP2000 software support for high stability template to simulate high formwork system adopt rigid connection between the pole and the pole and take among the other methods of semi-rigid rod connected model,derived Bowl i of high formwork in vertical and lateral loads under the ultimate bearing capacity,provide guidance and reference for the design of future similar cuplock high formwork system;(6)through the construction site construction requirements as well as the construction site of the accident may make a sudden accident prevention and treatment measures,to guide the construction site to ensure the safety and reliabi lity of the construction site,serve to reduce the probability of accidents,and after the accident minimizes loss of effect.
