In last several years,our country in the rapid development of construction industry,and the complexity of its design is changing,China’s construction industry rapid development also attracted the world’s top designers and architects came to China’s development,in the urban construction of our country,also makes our country to produce a large number of new and unique shape,hyperbole is bold and unrestrained of architecture.Because of the characteristic of the structure shape,make the scaffold construction difficulty is increased,the ordinary double row scaffolding is hard to meet the requirements of engineering structures,landing and erection of ultra-high,multiple rows,along with the fasteners of structure movements to decorate floor scaffold is an effective technology to solve these problems,so the more row landing scaffold in construction of the site safety is of great importance.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the multi-row landing scaffold with fastener type from three parts: theoretical analysis,finite element analysis and engineering case.The main contents are as follows:1.Study on the construction accident of multi-row scaffold on the ground in recent years,and analyze the important reasons that lead to the accident,such as the design calculation of the multi-row scaffold with couplers,the construction method of scaffold,the quality control of materials,and the technical control of the construction site.2.Research on the theory of multi-row landing scaffold with fastener type,and find that the semi-rigid hypothesis of fastener joint can reflect the actual force situation.By comparing the calculation methods in different specifications,the stiffness matrix of the support element was deduced by numerical analysis.3.Study and analyze the influence of various working conditions on the displacement and bearing capacity of the different height,non-synchronous distance and different wind loads of the multi-row landing scaffold with the finite element software MIDAS/Gen.4.The construction safety and expert argumentation can be ensured by the comparison between the earlier preparation and the calculation of the scaffold and the expert argumentation,which provides a reference basis for the design of the multi-row landing scaffold similar to the coupler.
