Research On The Impact Of Chinese New Energy Vehicle Supply Chain Quality Management On Enterprise Performance

Today's competition is not only the traditional competition between enterprises,but has also risen to the competition in the supply chain where the enterprises are located.However,there are relatively few domestic researches on this aspect,and the research on new energy vehicle industry is even less.Therefore,this type of enterprises lack corresponding theoretical support in supply chain management.This article starts from the perspective of the core enterprises in the new energy vehicle supply chain,and according to the characteristics of China's new energy vehicle companies,referring to the relevant research results of other scholars,proposes theoretical models and assumptions,designs corresponding questionnaires and recovers134 valid sample data.Data validity and other characteristics,modify and determine the final structural equation model,verify assumptions,and draw corresponding conclusions.This article first divides supply chain quality management into internal quality management,supplier quality management and retailer quality management based on theoretical literature.It analyzes the key influencing factors of supply chain quality management on enterprise performance,and further establishes theoretical models and studies.It is assumed that the corresponding 14 research variables are designed for the three dimensions,and the corresponding 51 measurement indicators are formed.The research analysis of enterprise performance is based on the factors of employee and customer satisfaction,financial and market performance.A total of 9 corresponding evaluation indicators were also designed.Based on these 16 observed variables,a structural equation model of the impact of new energy vehicle supply chain quality management on enterprise performance was constructed.Using 134 samples of valid data recovered through a questionnaire,the structural equation model was fitted and modified.The final comparison model was obtained after numerical comparison and analysis of the obtained indicators with reference standards.The study found that the quality management of the new energy vehicle supply chain has a significant impact on its performance,which is reflected in detail in the internal quality management of the company and the supplier's quality management and the internal quality management andretailer quality management.There are obvious interactions between them;there is also a clear interaction between supplier quality management and retailer quality management;and all three have a positive impact on the performance of the company.Based on these conclusions,the corresponding suggestions on the quality management of the supply chain of new energy vehicle companies are put forward.The shortcomings and prospects of this paper are also summarized accordingly,which provides some references for the scholars in the future.This article explores the impact of new energy vehicle supply chain quality management on enterprise performance.Research suggests that new energy vehicle-related companies' quality management of the supply chain can improve enterprise performance.Domestic scholars rarely use empirical methods to study the relationship between supply chain quality management and enterprise performance,and there are few related researches in the new energy vehicle industry.The topic selection of this research has strong theoretical significance and practical application value,which is the biggest contribution and innovation of this article.
