Stakeholders’ Behavior Analysis And Countermeasures Of The Old City Reconstruction In New Period

After the18th CCP National Congress the new government leading groups came, PrimeMinister Li Keqiang clearly stated the new urbanization development path at the Third PlenarySession of the18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.The research of the oldcity reconstruction in this paper is based on the country’s new urbanization construction principlesand requirements in the new era, analysis and research the interests coordination problems andspecific measures in our country’s old city reconstruction from the perspective of the stakeholders.This paper combed and analyzed our country’s old city reconstruction course from theperspective of three main stakeholders,elaborated the stakeholders in various stages of old cityreconstruction,and analyzed the role and major interest demands in old city reconstruction’s threemajor stakeholders which are government, developers and residents.On the basis of the interestdemands conflicts,put the game theory to the current old city reconstruction main stakeholders’interests coordination,respectively analyzed government-residents incomplete informationdynamic game,government-developers incomplete information both static and dynamicgame,developers-residents incomplete information static game,government-developers-residents tripartite extended game.Depending on the results of the game analysis,analysis whatcountermeasures that the stakeholders should make in old city reconstruction,how to adjust thererole in old city reconstruction process in order to reduce the conflicts of interest in old cityreconstruction.This paper also carried out some experience from some country’s old cityreconstruction abroad which is related to the stakeholders Measures,and discussed establishinginterests coordination mechanisms of the old city reconstruction in the new era.It aimed theinterests coordination problems of the current old city reconstruction,combined with thedevelopment direction of our country in the new era,to explore out a old city reconstruction roadwhich can balance all the stakeholders’ interests,and promote the old city reconstruction acoordinated and healthy development.
