TJ Real Estate Project Quality Management Research

Quality is a primary issue for real estate projects. Quality is related to the personal safety of a big problem. Real Estate Project Quality Management is one of the important tasks of real estate project management, which runs through the whole process of construction project decision-making and implementation phases, the success of a real estate project quality management or not, is directly related to the success or failure of the project, to improve the real estate project quality, we must pay close attention to quality management at all stages of the real estate projects.This paper firstly introduces the related theories of real estate project quality management. And through the example of TJ real estate project,it analyzed the existence of the traditional real estate development project quality management problems.With the analysis of the current situation of quality management of TJ real estate project, it pointed out the necessity and function of quality management in the project management of the real estate. Aiming at the problem of quality management of TJ real estate project, it also had established the design management, construction management, delivery management, service management and quality management optimization; through the implementation of the project construction culture, process monitoring, performance evaluation and incentive measures, has obtained the good effect, and put forward the further improvement suggestion.
