With the steady growth of China’s economy, and acceleration of industrialization and urbanization process, the demand of energy has increased quickly, and energy industry has developed fast. China’s energy consumption gap has expanded increasingly. In the past decades, the exploitation of new type of renewable energy obtained the considerable development. As oil prices rises fast, renewable energy sources such as wind, solar and biomass energy have stronger market competitiveness. According to the state of the long-term development of renewable energy, our country’s non-fossil energy ratio should be accounted for 15%of the total energy consumption by 2020. Wind-PV-ES power station can further reduce the environmental pollution, which can not only promote the healthy development of China’s renewable energy power generation, but also has great social, environmental and other comprehensive benefits.This paper is based on the research of the data at home and abroad. We found that technical and economic evaluation of Wind-PV-ES power station is still in infancy, without mature theory and research of it. This affected our correct understanding of Wind-PV-ES power station, hindered the healthy development of the power station. Therefore, starting with the integrated evaluation of technical and economic theory, this paper discusses integrated benefits of Wind-PV-ES power station at the present stage by designing the mathematical model.Based on complete investigation of the development of wind power and solar power stations in our country, this article derives from the technical, economic, social and environmental aspects building comprehensive technical and economic evaluation index system of Wind-PV-ES power station. G1 method is used to calculate the whole weight of index system, the Fuzzy Synthesis evaluating method is adopted to evaluate the index system. On the basis of index system and evaluation model, this paper makes an empirical research on Wind-PV-ES power station using this model. Proposals on improving benefit of Wind-PV-ES power station has a practical significance.
