The Research Of Urumqi Commercial And Office Projects Traffic Impact Based On The Evaluation

With the speeding up of the process of urbanization and motorization, motor vehicle number, sustained and rapid growth of urban road construction speed is relatively lag, the construction of road infrastructure speed lags far behind the growth rate of motor vehicle, aggravated the imbalance of supply and demand of urban traffic, road space and capacity supply less than demand contradiction increasingly apparent. In order to guide rational traffic demand, reduce the influence of the new project of road traffic, and scholars introduced the mechanism of traffic impact analysis in order to strengthen the management of construction projects. After decades of development time and people to recognize the traffic impact analysis, it can no longer time and space in the whole process of project evaluation, can predict reconstruction of urban road network, can’t simply rely on the accuracy of the evaluation itself to feedback, so after evaluation is needed to make up for the shortage. Based on the collected and read carefully the traffic impact assessment and traffic impact evaluation of literature, summarizes the traffic impact assessment research status at home and abroad, this paper expounds difficulties facing construction project traffic impact analysis, analysis of the current traffic impact assessment problems and insufficiency, points out that in the existing traffic impact assessment should be conducted on the basis of the development of the traffic impact assessment requirements.Secondly, the paper briefly and generally introduces the related concepts of traffic impact assessment, after the analysis of the traffic impact assessment and evaluation of other correlation, this paper expounds the research method of this paper, the content of the traffic impact assessment and technical route. Combined with the traffic impact evaluation index in the evaluation of the former, focus on the traffic impact assessment method and evaluation index selection, choose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, after two contrast method, illustrates its theory principle and the step, from predictive evaluation and improvement measures after evaluation after these two aspects of traffic impact assessment of comprehensive evaluation.Finally, this paper based on the century ginwa plaza project in Urumqi city, through the investigation method on the basis of data collection, and use traffic impact evaluation method and evaluation index of the traffic impact assessment work, and analyses the related conclusion.
