Based on the collected and read carefully the traffic impact assessment and traffic impact evaluation ofliterature, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the relevant experience at home and abroad, anddomestic and urumqi city traffic impact assessment as the research background, summarizes the trafficimpact assessment research status at home and abroad, this paper expounds and urumqi difficulties facingconstruction project traffic impact analysis, analysis of the current traffic impact assessment problems andinsufficiency, points out that in the existing traffic impact assessment should be conducted on the basis ofthe development of the traffic impact assessment requirements.Secondly, the paper briefly and generally introduces the related concepts of traffic impact assessment,after the analysis of the traffic impact assessment and evaluation of other correlation, this paper expoundsthe research method of this paper, the content of the traffic impact assessment and technical route.Combined with the traffic impact evaluation index in the evaluation of the former, focus on the trafficimpact assessment method and evaluation index selection, choose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod, after two contrast method, illustrates its theory principle and the step, from predictive evaluationand improvement measures after evaluation after these two aspects of traffic impact assessment ofcomprehensive evaluation.Finally, this paper based on a residential construction project in Urumqi city, through the investigationmethod on the basis of data collection, and use traffic impact evaluation method and evaluation index of thetraffic impact assessment work, and analyses the related conclusion.
