Under the background of smart grid, the business mode of power system is transforming traditional model to power market mode. The analysis of measuring function should be added to electric power marketing department. The construction of smart grid has brought new opportunities for the development of electric power marketing, smart marketing is an advanced marketing management mode adapted to the smart grid and the developed power market.This paper built the marketing purchase-sale integrated intelligent analysis measure system based on the actual situation of one electric power company in Sichuan. The function of the system including the settlement and management of grid power station, report generation, statistics and analysis, load forecasting, measure on power balance, breakeven point price of power company, reducing the risk challenge of power company by using reasonable economic means. The electricity-price decision model considering voltage grade was built in this paper, the model reflect the power supply cost difference in different voltage grade, eliminate the phenomenon of cross-subsidy among different voltage grade,it is also helpful to guide power users use power electricity mode reasonably and improve the efficiency of electricity using. The establishment of regional power grid electricity price reform model can solve the problem of directory electricity price confusion and unreasonableness of electricity price formation mechanism, the model also create a solid foundation for the sustainable development to power company.The workload for marketing workers was greatly reduced by building the marketing purchase-sale integrated intelligent analysis measure system. The data used by power marketing department was unified classification and management,and using the data for analysis of marketing condition and calculation. It also provide accurate and reliable decision aid for power company and laid a good foundation for the smart grid development.
