Up until November 2017,State Grid Electric Power Company of Henan province Tangyin county power supply company has a one 110 kV substation,six35 kV substations and one 10 kV switching station.The 110 kV substation of Tangyin County Chengguan is the only 110 kV substation which asset attributes for the county's.The station is a conventional substation,built in 5th July,1996,covers an area of 4200 square meters,its higher power supplied by the State Grid Anyang power supply company 220 kV Tangyin substation.The station currently has two main changes: one main transformer capacity of 31500 kVA,the other main transformer capacity of 40000 kVA.Two main transformer totally have four 35 kV transmission lines and eleven 10 kV distribution lines.In 2016,Chengguan 110 kV substation maximum annual load is 58000 kW,the minimum load is 7400 kW.China's current substation can be divided into conventional substation and digital substation.Based on the digital substation,combined with the requirements of smart grid,the concept of intelligent substation is derived.What is called smart substation,refers to the use of a series of reliability,advanced,low carbon,environmental protection and integration of various intelligent devices in the substation.The basic requirements of intelligent station include total station information digitization,information sharing standardization,communication platform networking.The main functions include intelligent station can automatically complete the information collection,measurement,protection,control,monitoring and measurement,and can achieve real-time automatic control,intelligent control,analysis of the online collaborative interaction and decision making of the advanced features.At present,the intelligent substation is gradually developing and constructing,and some exploratory projects have been completed and put into operation.The electronic transformer is an important part of the process of intelligent station layer,intelligent equipment is an important embodiment of smart substation,automation system is the essential guarantee mechanism in intelligent substation,advanced application module in the working mode.Compared with the traditionalsubstation intelligent substation has a revolutionary change.This paper focuses on the research of the key aspects of the smart substation,combined with the actual situation of the 110 kV substation,select the most appropriate equipment and mode to the design plan.The transform of Chengguan 110 kV substation to intelligent has many great significances.Firstly it could achieve energy security,improve the service level;secondly,it helps respond to climate change,promote energy saving.At the same time,respond to the call about the development of low-carbon economy and the utilization of clean energy.The intelligent transformation of Chengguan 110 kV substation could optimize Tangyin power grid structure,and it is also fits to the economic and social development of Tangyin County.What importantly,it embody the electric power industry in major scientific in Tangyin power grid.
