With the rise of sensing,cloud computing,big data processing and other technologies,and as the smart grid evolves towards the power of things,the business scale of the power communication network increases rapidly,which results in the increasing burden of the communication network.In addition,the emerging electric power business gradually expands the difference of communication demand,the traditional power communication management and control system lacks unified planning and strong network compatibility,resulting in communication resources waste,network delay and other problems,the network quality can not be guaranteed.Witchrestrictstheintelligentdevelopmentofpowergrid.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the software definition of centralized control architecture of electric power communication network based on software definition,combined with Ihe scientific and technological projects involved by the research group.The SDN technology is applied to the core control system of the electric power communication network,and the realization scheme of the core function of the control system is put forward,and the reasonable control of the communication network resources is realized through the simulation analysis.The main work is as follows:firstly,based on the limitation of the traditional power communication network management and control mode,and the demand of the new electric power service,the overall structure of centralized control of power communication network based on SDN technology is designed.On the basis of this,a power communication operation and maintenance control scheme based on SDN centralized control framework is proposed.Secondly,based on the ODL control scheme based on SDN architecture,the design and function of centralized control platform are carried out.The key functions of the control system,such as bandwidth resource dynamic adjustment,topology and link management,routing selection,multi-domain network switching and so on,are proposed.And the simulation verification of bandwidth allocation and inter-domain switching control function of centralized control system is carried out,to achieve the SDN distribution communication network centralized control.Finally,based on the science and technology project of China Southern Power Grid,the field deployment scheme and reliability test implementation scheme of SDN centralized management system are studied.According to the progress of the project,field test verification will be expected in 2019.
