The Key Technology Research And Application On The Intelligent Transformation Of Conventional Substation

In recent years, with the raise of state strong and smart grid, the construction of smart grid continues to promote. As the key link of connecting transmission and distribution, the Intelligence of substations is important for smart grid. There are two ways to develop intelligent substation. One is constructing new intelligent substations, and the other is through the intelligent transformation of the existing conventional substation to achieve functional intelligent substations. The later one is more economic. It is suitable for some voltage levels and areas. Regarding Lee 110 kV substation as the background, this paper introduces the key technologies during the intelligent transformation of conventional substations.The structure of intelligent substation is divided into three layers, respectively process spacer layer and station level. The key technologies include the main electrical wiring, electronic transformer applications, intelligent switching devices and on-line monitoring system. This paper describes and analyses all above in detail. With the IEC61850 statute as the substation communication standard, the entire substation makes it impossible to communication with each other and interoperability between equipment, solving the problems which have been in conventional substations for a long time.In addition to the analysis of key technologies for intelligent substation, the paper also combining with Lee 110 kV substation, do the corresponding application using key technologies during intelligent transformation of conventional substations, mainly introducing the main electrical wiring, the applications of electronic transformers and on-line monitoring programs.
