Network planning is also called power transmission system planning.With the development of our social economy,the reliable of power supply and high quality service of distribution network are increasingly demanded,and also put forward higher requirements on power network planning.This article based on the present situation of Harbin Li Min power network and main problems of economic development,combined with the regional development and distribution of load,sets out to design economic area of the power network planning,and puts forward reasonable and economic planning of grid structure,to meet the needs of future development.Power load forecasting is the foundation of the power network planning,and also is the main basis for the development of electric power design.The key of the load forecasting is to choose the appropriate technology or method according to the characteristics and applicable conditions of the different situations.According to the characteristics of Economic Development Zone of Li Min,the load density index method is used to forecast the electric load in this area.During the power load forecasting,the article considers the actual situation of the planning area to determine the load index,calculates blocks classification and prediction results of the planning area,and completes the district planning power load prediction of spatial distribution.In this paper,on the basis of using the data of power load forecasting,limiting the capacity ratio of load conditions,the software is used to calculate of substation site selection,and determines the capacity of transformers.With reference to the relevant provisions of the national power grid planning,considering the actual load of the planning area and the economical development conditions,transmissions and distribution equipment selection and structure of grid corridor planning of the Li Min Development zone 66 k V and above power grid-planning is finished,completely solving the planning area substation layout,capacity lack caused by insufficient power supply capacity.Finally,this paper also analyzes the economic feasibility of the power gridplanning scheme.During the economic feasibility analysis,using interval theory of transformer economic operation method,planning and construction of the power grid are made a reference of investment estimation,evaluation of economic benefit and comprehensive benefit evaluation.Otherwise the using of net present value method of the project financial economy is analyzed and demonstrated the plan in the construction and operation of economic rationality.
