As a technical-applied college,A college reserved a large number of precision instruments in different departments,which had a low utilization and high maintenance costs.In order to improve the efficiency of the instrument,the college decided to build a large precision instrument sharing platform.By using the information platform,A college will achieve goals such as increasing instruments,mobility,meeting the experiment needs of different people,earning the funds for the maintenance of instruments.In this paper,the knowledge of project management is used to solve two problems.The first problem is the development of the project schedule.The second one is the control of the schedule to ensure that the project can be completed on time.First of all,the paper analyzes the work breakdown structure of project and confirms their procedure activities.After that we use the PERT method to estimate the working hours of each minimum unit relatively accurate,and then the AON for activity sequencing,also finding out the critical path of the project.Due to the limited human resources,"limited resource and shortest duration" applies to this project.Branch and bound method is used to adjust and optimize the human resources when they’re not enough,so we will get the optimal scheme.Finally,according to the above results,this paper determines the project milestone plan and the level 2\3 schedule.In the process of controlling the progress,this paper uses the method of horizontal chart to monitor the project schedule,compares with the project plan and calculates time difference of the overall progress with the earned value analysis method.It analyzes the specific reasons of the deviation,and then makes the appropriate adjustment measures.In order to specific to the details of the activities,this paper uses earned value deviation analysis method distinguishing the critical and non-critical path,so it easily finds out the specific reasons of the deviation and makes the appropriate adjustment measures.This paper elaborates the theoretical basis and current situation of the development of the software process management,combining the theory with the project of large-scale instrument sharing platform construction to study the practice in information construction of A college from the project schedule plan and schedule control aspect,and sums up project management experience in the information construction of A college for providing the experience and reference for the similar project implementation in the future.
