Dispatching automation system is one of the important pillars means to protect the safe, reliable and economic of operation which is the core of the entire power grid. And dispatching automation system has an increasingly conspicuous effect. In addition, for accelerating and improving the power dispatching automation system has a very important practical significance.After analysis the exist problem in dispatching automation system among domestic and foreign research status, open dispatching automation system platform adapt to various applications was build and the basic framework of dispatching automation centralized control system based on standardized platform was constructed according the theoretical analysis. And then, based on the basic framework, the overall design of system was conducted according to the analysis of the system requirements, including database design, platform design, system design and system function module design. Based above, detail design was carried on which includes advanced applications, the key technology of the system and the interface of the system. At the same time, the concept of IT project management was used to control the implementation process. At last, the qualitative appraisal was conducted to the utility status of the system. Maximum deviation-Choquet fuzzy integral was used to quantification and evaluation in Langfang grid dispatching automation centralized control system according to the actual situation.Results showed that effect of the work of three substations meet the relevant requirements. Dispatching automation centralized control system based on standardized platform is scientific and feasible, can promote the system openness, compatibility and controllability, ensuring the safe operation of the data center, to adapt to the rapid development of power grid and power system reform, realize the intelligent dispatching system, constructing the strong power grid can play an important role.
