The safe and efficient operation of high-speed railway is to guarantee the quality of the high-speed railway. and daily maintenance of high-speed is the key to ensure the safe operation of high-speed railway, which occupies an important position in the daily operation of high-speed railway. Mainly, High-speed railway maintenance refers to the daily maintenance and repair on the track, power supply, signal equipment and so on. In the train diagram, the "gap" reserved for maintenance and construction is called the sky-light. It solves the contradiction between high-speed train operation and maintenance of equipment, while, the sky-light maintenance in China, train accidents have occurred from time to time due to various reasons.The thesis in view of the current sky-light maintenance of high speed railway, using artificial safety protection. train information is not timely, due to communication device interruption, the control center can’t contact the personnel in site, through the research on the communication between train and working site, it designs a sky-light maintenance railway safety protection system. The thesis mainly completed the following work:1 By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several mainstream wireless long-distance transmission technology, the use of nRF905 to complete the communication task of system. in order to extend the transmission distance, also use the RF5110 G RF power amplifier module, design the power amplifier circuit to solve the impedance matching problem, using C8051F996 as the control chip of the vehicle terminal, terminal by train supplied by 220 V AC, through the voltage conversion circuit, the voltage are suitable for control and communication module. Portable terminal uses the AT89S52 to complete the control function, the design and implementation of voice, light and vibration alarm circuit.2 design the process of the system, the design of communication protocol for the security protection system based on RTS/CTS communication protocol, design data and command frame format and system programming.3 the simulation of field communication environment to test the system, after the test proved that the system is stable and reliable to achieve security early warning function.In this thesis, the design of security system for railway sky-light, when a train is approaching, can the voice alarm promptly, make up the existing artificial protection because of human error caused the vehicle information is not timely, clear the protection failure defects caused by communication interruption, in order to ensure the safety of person and equipment of railway sky-light maintenance especially traffic safety provide a reference.
