In recent years,with the large-scale development of electric vehicles,charging safety accidents have caused serious economic losses to electric vehicle users and charging facilities operators,and hinder the rapid popularization of electric vehicles.Due to the lack of an effective evaluation system and corresponding safety precaution system and control measures for the electric vehicle charging safety at this stage,the integrated safety early warning protection of electric vehicle charging is studied in this paper,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of electric vehicles and promote the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry.First of all,from the perspectives of power battery,charging equipment,and distribution network related to the charging safety of electric vehicles,the factors affecting the charging safety of electric vehicles are analyzed in the paper.Then,the establishment method of the index system is studied,through the analysis on the establishment principles of the evaluation index system for electric vehicle charging safety,and the evaluation system of 9 safety indexes including power battery,charging equipment and distribution network is established by the process of "primary selection-expert grading screening" in the index system.In addition,the evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is set up for the characteristics of electric vehicle charging safety evaluation,and the method of index weighting based on the grey correlation degree method and its improved method is studied.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with trapezoid distribution as a membership function is studied,the safety score of power battery,charging equipment and distribution network of five groups of electric vehicles is given by an example,and the safety grade is determined.The results are compared with the actual situation,and the effectiveness of the integrated safety evaluation model of electric vehicle charging is verified.Finally,the function of the established security evaluation model in the system is clearly defined,through the demand analysis on the electric vehicle charging integrated safety early warning and protection system.The software and hardware architecture of the integrated security early warning system and the system interface specification are designed,the integrated security early warning and protection system is developed,that is integrated into the data platform of electric vehicle charging facilities interconnection.Through the comprehensive demonstration operation of the electric vehicle in the Yangtze River Delta,it is proved that the integrated safety early warning and protection system of electric vehicle charging has the effect of real-time warning and protection on power battery,charging equipment and distribution station,which embodies the practical engineering value of the system.
