Where the application of new methods, how to introduce innovation, how to optimize sustainability science is needed to solve the problem, this paper presents the IE method used in power transmission project cost management, is based on such a big situation.This paper will apply modern IE to power transmission project technical and economic analysis and cost analysis to reduce investment costs.
