This paper taking Erdos Electric Power Bureauin 2010 on-line operation for electric energy data acquisition andmonitoring system for the background of writing.By monitoring the operation of Erdos Electric Powe bureau is collecting and controlling system,in order to further increase the intensity of development,comprehensively promote the construction of intelligent power grid to lay the foundation.With the construction of electric information acquisition and monitoring system is a collection of client with a platform of real-time data,isconstantly improve the marketing management level,an important measure,the plugging income loss reduction efficiency.In this paper,through the analysis of electricity acquisition and monitoring system design principles and ideas,in-depth study of the system software and hardware,and finally to the actual application situation of electricinformation acquisition and monitoring system for Erdos Electric Powe bureau specific research on the development and elaboration.This paper focuses on the research to the Erdos Electric Power Bureau in automatic reading model in a more detailed study,and the use of early a year,through the development of the program of measures,after the causal method were analyzed using a comprehensive rectification,,and before and after reconstruction automated meter reading rate were compared.The results showed that fully utilize the power of information collection and monitoring system can effectively improve Erdos Electric Power Bureauin automation meter rate,saving manpower and resources.
