A Study On Navigation Safety Evaluation In Lanshan Port

With the development of global economy, maritime traffic is much busier, our economy develops rapidly. The external exchanges and the port capacity increase a lot with time going by. On the one hand, with the great development of the port, there are a lot of engineering under construction, which make the navigation environment more complicated and cause a lot of issues of navigation safety. On the other hand, the number and categories of ships arriving at and leaving port increase, and the tonnage of ships become larger, which cause the encounter rate of ships raising and make the avoidance of ships harder. There is much more possibility occurring a marine casualty and the consequence is more catastrophic. The economy of port increases quickly which worsening the port waters and entangling the traffic environment, and traffic accidents occur frequently, causing terrible consequences. It not only seriously affects the environment of navigation environment, but also destroys the sustainable development of economy. Meanwhile, the accidents endanger people’s lives and navigation safety, causing great damage to property.According to the characteristics of waters in Lanshan port, the paper researches on risk assessment of navigation safety in Lanshan port combining with the reality of navigation environment in the water. Considering the influence of ship navigation safety port waters all the risk factors of uncertainty and complexity, a navigation risk assessment method is simply not comprehensive and reasonable interpretation port waters navigation safety risk factors on the influence of ship navigation safety. Therefore, the paper USES the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, comprehensively reflect the Lanshan port waters of navigation safety risk factors influence degree and the overall situation, to Lanshan port navigation safety assessment. And according to the analysis results, together with the present situation of Lanshan port area, put forward the reasonable safety of maritime navigation safety precautions.
