The quality of University of construction project is not only related to the development of the school and the safety of the teachers and students, but also related to whether to provide with good study and living environment for students. College construction engineering projects have building large scale, the investment amount and the social influence is large and other characteristics, and lack of the experience of university of construction project quality management, no have relevant professional talented person, easy to cause the engineering quality can not to get an assure.
