The Research Of Quality Management In New Substation Civil Construction Project

With the speedy development of our economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for electricity and the investment of national electric power construction project will continue to increase. More and more power projects were built in recent years. Substation is the connection of the power station and users, and it is the most important part of the power system. It plays a critical role in transformation and distribution of electricity. The assurance of its quality reached the stated objectives is the necessary conditions for the stability of power supply.As the basic industry of the national economy, the quality level of the new substation project will directly affect the public safety and interests of the people.With the constantly changing of the market model in our country, the quality management system and operation mode of the market in the electric power industry have been changing continuously as well.For example, some measures like separation of grid and generation and competition bidding have been taken. According to high standards and strict requirements, at the same time, new high quality of substation project need to develop power required substation project quality planning scheme. And the construction unit of the project quality management should be fully understand, which timely improve the quality deficiencies in the new substation projects. Finally, the quality management level of the new substation projects could be promoted, and an important guarantee for each project and construction sectors could be provided.In the new substation project, it is significant to manage the quality of project, and it is a key to guarantee the normal implementation of the project. This paper introduces the status of foreign and domestic aspects of the quality of the project, then some basic theories related to project quality management are gave.The problems exist in the new substation project quality management can be settled after the research and analysis of the new substation project quality management status.Finally, AHP weight analysis was carried out for the weights of effects of the new substation project, which help to get importance of factors that influent the substation project quality. Then this paper established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, that is combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The method will be used in a illustration, which is the 110 kV new substation project in Qinshui Jincheng. The results show that the established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is practical and valid. And the method can provide a certain reference value for the future substation project study.
