S City Binhe Avenue Street Lamps Of Engineering Project Progress Management Research

City road lighting is one of the urban infrastructure, and closely related to people’s livelihood, and its engineering project management level, to a certain extent, represent the urban infrastructure construction of management level. Therefore, the scientific and standardization of management of street lamp project is very important, but the study of this field is very poor, so setting up a complete set of street lamp project schedule and control system to the project of the modernization of the lamp is of great significance to the management.This paper takes LED light source street lamp engineering as example, combined with features of construction of the project, based on the project management and control the progress schedule of the related theory, concretes tasks estimate time steps through the WBS decomposition, formulates the project schedule gantt charts, draws single code network diagram, complete the project schedule. In order to make the project go smoothly, we make the organized the maneuverability of the clear program objectives. In the process of project implementation, we control project of each section of schedule through daily inspection and regular inspection way to strengthen control. At the same time, through the forecast projects in the progress of the influence factors, we make preventive measures and emergency measures to ensure the smooth implementation of project.Through the study of this project, the urban construction project represented by street lamp project become more scientific, better management in the direction of the development of our country. Thus would be good for the project management of the street lamps with guidance and reference.
