At present, due to the rapid development of UHV power grid, power system in our country is increasingly large scale, the network structure more complex, interconnected sub networks see growing, number of nodes in the system increases the fault. In order to promote the power grid planning of power scheduling analysis and relay protection, domestic and foreign to the rapid assessment of fault and power graphics technology are widely studied, and achieved many results and practical applications. But the advanced fault fast evaluation algorithm and power graphic combination provide dispatchers with intuitive fault decision and automatic protection system has not been a similar system.In this paper, the target is a common neural network for fault based assessment, propose and implement a more reasonable architecture and implementation of network fault fast evaluation of graphic, especially for the fault diagnosis and protection of large-scale power grid.This paper selects the method is suitable for large scale power grid fault fast evaluation, we choose the BP neural network model is the most widely used neural network as a starting point for the research, because it is the most suitable for rapid assessment of AI technology in fault analysis. By modeling the network equipment and line then this system uses modular and hierarchical architecture, fast estimation of the present network fault diagnosis method for the fault, simulation on the net all relay protection equipment, and quickly to the fault reasons are graphical simulation, with the relationship between protection system.The system is based on B/S architecture, graphical framework using network technology, Ajax and HTML5 advanced technology developed, the vivid graphics display and convenient man-machine interface. The intuitive graphical display of fault prediction and protection measures.The power system fault fast evaluation and application of relay protection practical results show that the software, can greatly improve the design efficiency, simple operation, high visual degree, convenient use, strong practicability, and easy function expansion.
