The rapid development of urban and increasing density of population is the main cause of the dramatic increase of large public buildings, such as shopping malls, high-level office buildings, and urban complex. Due to the complex building structure and high population density, some emergency accident (such as fire disaster, earthquake, explosion, etc.) once occurs, people which is in the building will face a serious threat. Therefore, safe and efficient evacuation is particularly vital. It is shown that in lots of building fire case, the damage has been caused by improper conduct of evacuees. After all, it is extremely crucial to research on the theoretical and practical significance of the behavior of evacuees and evacuation routes. This paper use a multidisciplinary cross-depth, multi-method and multi-technology integration way, analyze the urban complex building fire emergency evacuation process, from fire emergency evacuation scenario, path planning impact factor assessment, evacuation scenario simulation, simulation system design, based on the case of urban complex, Wanda Plaza. Afterwards, a simulation system is designed based on VRGIS urban complex emergency evacuation process, and integration solution which satisfy the optimal evacuation route under certain conditions is put forward. In this solution, it can simulate the whole three-dimensional dynamic simulation process of emergency evacuation inside the complex building after the fire broke out, and output route selection for decision-making to adviser. Some multiple disciplines research methods and techniques have been used in this paper, such as geographic information science, disaster science, architecture science and so on. It give a practical way under realistic conditions for the theoretical path planning algorithm. And it can set examples for other building models or disasters, or for reference in the event of related issues. Innovation of this paper include the dynamic weight setting of 3D escape routes inside the building, dynamic choice for the escape route optimization, and the visual realization of the dynamic display combining 2D and 3D features.
