Afer finding the methods and reasons of the cost control of the road project, it can make us clear that we must make some cost control measures to make the cost controling better. The cost control measures are: making the planning and design more reasonable, improving the system of cost control management, reinforcing the idea of the economy, setting up the cost control consciousness, strengthening the cost management of quality and schedule.Based on the cost control of the east riverside road of the Tongzhou North Canal,this essay put forward the reasonable and feasible recommendations for cost control managemnet, which is significant for cost control management in road projects.
