Carrier project is construction,which is based on the results of buildings or structures for the project,in the project implementation process need to pay a fee,in accordance with certain procedures,within the stipulated time to complete,and should meet the quality requirements.Project is closely related to our daily work life,and it is the human society's main material basis.The "Twelfth five-year" period in our country continue to increase the traffic,water conservancy,affordable housing and public services and other major projects of investment."Put forward by the national area all the way" the national strategy also involves a large number of infrastructure projects.The engineering project cost control is the key to the entire project management,it has also become the focus of the work of project stakeholders who are concerned,become the focus of scientific research in the field of project management after the appearance.Earned value management method produced in America in the 1960 s,the first application in the field of military,mainly used in the military industry research and development project management.Since then,the theory was widely applied in civil engineering projects.Earned value method including budget workload,earned value and the actual cost of three basic indicators.This paper is divided into five main parts:Firstly,by analyzing the research background,this paper sums up the domestic and foreign research present situation and the method of determine the research direction;Secondly,it has been clear about the cost control related theory,the key of the earned value method system has carried on the system elaboration,laid the theoretical foundation and realistic basis for the study of this article;Thirdly,by analyzing the advantages of earned value method,comprehensively in this paper,the earned value theory,summarizes the application of the earned value method in project process;Fourthly,combined with a certain college training center in the case of the project cost control process,the comprehensive elaborated the earned value analysis in the empirical analysis in engineering project cost control;Fifthly,through the analysis induction,earned value analysis method is put forward as need to improve and perfect the steps in the process of application,and put forward the improvement opinion.In the project cost and schedule effectively combined into a whole,and joined the quality control,establish cost-progress-quality monitor system,and introduce the cost control and human resource management behavior costcontrol,optimizing the earned value management theory.Through the empirical analysis to build the earned value cost control theory system,and builders for project management main body,and using the earned value theory to process control of engineering project,and according to the monthly for baseline real-time monitoring.It is able to achieve a good budget for the project cost control,the initial investment is expected to reach.Earned Value Management method for the problem of cost control in construction projects found in the need to constantly improve and optimize the system,so that the earned value management and better cost control applied to similar projects in.
