The Research On Quality Control Of The Reconstruction Of 204 National Highway Section Of Rizhao

With the intense competition in the market of domestic road construction projects, quality of the construction, as the basic advantage of competition, has become the focus of public concern. It affects not only the applicability of construction engineering but also construction project investment result, what’s more,it related to people’s lives and property safety. With the continuous improvement of our socialist market economy system, the rapid economic and social development, urban infrastructure construction has spread in all the major cities rapidly. Therefore, the improvement of the engineering quality of road infrastructure is extraordinarily important to promote economic development, ensure the safety of road infrastructure projects and environment quality as well as improve people’s living standard.Taking the reconstruction of 204 national highway section of Rizhao as a sample, we established a quality control system based on the project quality management theory, by analysing the quality control mechanisms in all aspects from construction design to its completion to ensure high quality, high efficiency of project implementation. Furthermore, we can provide references to other road infrastructure construction. This paper describes the background and significance of the topic, besides research around the world firstly. Following this, it clarifies the main research contents and methods at the same time it shows some concept and explanation on project management, project quality management and related concepts and basic theory. Based on above description, taking the reconstruction of 204 national highway section of Rizhao in consideration about its general conditions on its construction and arrangement, we finally find out main difficulties in project quality control. By means of respectively analysis on the affects and the methods dealt with difficulties during the whole process of the construction, we find out the main measures to supervise and control. What’s more, we designed the quality comprehensive evaluation system to execute entire quality control and describes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Adopting the combination of expert evaluation group and the monitoring group who oversee the implement practice on the personal supervision, evaluating the effect of the final quality of the project with the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the results are more objective and scientific.
