The construction quality of highway engineering projects determines the service quality,maintenance cost and safety of the whole project during its life,and affects the efficiency of China’s infrastructure investment to some extent.In order to effectively improve the construction quality of highway engineering projects and the utilization efficiency of infrastructure investment in China,it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the construction quality of each sub-project and the whole construction quality of highway engineering projects to find out the quality problems.Considering that the evaluation index system of highway engineering construction quality evaluation in the past is not comprehensive,cannot meet the current policy requirements,and the evaluation method is difficult to operate,this paper makes a further study on highway engineering construction quality evaluation.Firstly,this paper studies the basic characteristics,basic principles to be followed and methods to be adopted of highway engineering construction quality evaluation index system,and further obtains the scientific construction process of highway engineering construction quality evaluation index system based on the research results.After,according to the process,using the method of literature,expert consultation,the membership degree,and has set up a containing 9 level evaluation index(earth work F1,subgrade slope protection F2 and F3 drainage facilities,subgrade retaining wall F6 F4 and F5 pavement engineering,bridge engineering,tunnel engineering F7 F8,traffic safety facilities,highway ecological landscape F9),62 secondary evaluation index(,deflection value and degree of compaction,longitudinal height deviation,etc.)of the evaluation index system of highway engineering construction quality.Then,consider when determining highway engineering construction quality evaluation index weight,use either subjectively or objectively,there are certain problems(using the subjective values.the method makes the evaluation index weight easily receive the influence of the expert subjective opinions,methods using objective will not be able to use the rich experience of experts).Therefore,the analytic hierarchy process(subjective weighting method)and entropy weighting method(objective weighting method)are combined to determine the weight of highway construction quality evaluation index.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of highway construction quality is established by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.Finally,in order to test the validity and practicability of the comprehensive evaluation model for highway construction quality,it is applied to Qijiangbei connection line project.After calculation and analysis,it is concluded that the comprehensive score of construction quality of the project is "0.8279" and the construction quality grade is "excellent".It is shown that the comprehensive evaluation model of highway construction quality established in this paper can effectively evaluate the construction quality according to the basic information of the actual project.
