Quality management has become one of the most important tasks of enterprise management. Quality management discipline develops the in the market with fierce competition, forming and perfecting a series of important ideas, to guide the quality plan, quality control and quality assurance. This thesis takes in project A as an example, and analyses the potential problems existing in the management during the construction phase.The main content as follows:First, this paper has had detailed analysis and studies on construction project quality management, the basic principle of quality management,mathematical and statistic method of quality management and quality control of construction stage. Mainly introduces the comprehensive quality management of PDCA cycle and mathematical and statistic method of frequency distribution histogram and control chart.Secondly, the specific construction situation and characteristics of project ideal Vista in introduces, and problems of quality guarantee system is solved. By introducing the concept of quality management system, according to the construction quality control and management of engineering investigation stage and the quality control of construction process,combinede with mathematical and statistic method of quality control and method of frequency distribution histogram graph method, this paper has analysed the control method on the strength of concrete and quality of engineering ground plastering.Finally, some measuremeat has been put forward corresponding to project ideal Vista’s quality management, this paper has also established the technical measures to the quality of construction engineering, and the measures of quality control in preparation and construction phase. Furthermore overall quality management tasks and project quality management plan are customized.This paper takes Weifang ideal Vista project as an example, using advanced data analysis method, and the quantitative analysis tool, in ensure analysis with reliability, according to the results of analysis for project control may occur in some problems, scientific forecast. At the same time, the project analysis also uses the standard research method, empirical analysis, and graphic presentation method, thus proposed the feasible solution, and hope to the future control work to provide certain reference significance.
