As a kind of common sealing mechanism of the axis of rotation,metal bellows mechanical seal is widely used in modern industry.Bellows have auxiliary sealing effect,reduce the number of components in sealing system,make the mechanical seal system becomes concise.At the same,enhancing the mechanical seal system performance and prolong the life time of the sealing parts.The purpose of this paper is to build "DN" S-type welded metal bellows series of parameterized modeling and numerical analysis system."DN" S-type welded metal bellows is one of the important part of the mechanical seal system.It under all kinds of complicated working condition.And for "DN" series of S-type bellows series structure features,It is particularly important to build parameterized modeling system.Because it can reduce the complex operation in the process of modeling,improve model numerical computation efficiency.Application of powerful finite element analysis software ANSYS and object-oriented programming language Visual c + + the joint development of a series of "DN" S-type corrugated tube as the research object of parameterized modeling and numerical analysis platform.Using ANSYS with APDL language directly generate "DN" series of S-type 3D model of welded metal bellows,at the same time,in Microsoft Visual studio 2013 software is studied in Visual c + + language and interface technology of ANSYS finite element analysis software,using Visual c + +language of ANSYS secondary development,in the Microsoft Visual studio 2013 Form class program was used to construct the Form,convenient for the user to enter or select parameters,the establishment of a practical,convenient and reliable "DN" S-type welded metal bellows series of parameterized modeling and finite element analysis platform.Simplify the modeling and numerical calculation process,reduce workload,thus increasing the numerical calculating speed,greatly reduces the S type of welded metal bellows development cycles.
