| Workability is one of the important indexes to evaluate the quality of fresh concrete. At present the commonly used methods for workability are slump and Vebe consistometer method, the two methods mainly represent liquidity in the characterization of workability constitute factors, in the test, the test instruments can not be coupled with the mixer, dynamic monitoring and control can be only judged with the visual and experience, might be influenced greatly by the subjective consciousness. And lack of detection of the index of adhesiveness, plasticity, therefore, puts forward a new kind of workability test method has very practical significance.This paper firstly describes the structure composition, the parameters of concrete properties, rheological properties, and the mixing mechanism, and then expounds the definition of workability of fresh concrete and its influencing factors and testing methods. Finally, the structure and mixing mechanism were studied, and put forward a new kind of workability monitoring method — electric power monitoring.In this paper, theory and practice were combined, and the replicability and universality of electric power monitoring method were verified which serves for monitoring the workability of fresh concrete through a large number of experiments and data. |
