Nowadays, the scale of urban construction is more and more big, the steady development of national economy, China’s per capita income level is increasing year by year, making the car ownership becomes more and more big, leading to "driving easy parking difficult" as a new worry for many drivers.So in recent years, the demand greatly increase for parking equipment. This topic is a three-dimensional garage for a certain residential area design research, based on the existing environment characteristics of vertical circulating mechanical parking as the topic for study.This article through to the garage for the whole system structure(including the mechanical system and control system), the working principle of analysis and research,through to the garage parameter analysis of single control and group control mode, establish the corresponding mathematical model and the corresponding optimization strategy to further optimize the building model; Garage at the same time, through the establishment of analysis on the overall scheme of the monitoring system, select the suitable for this topic of all relevant equipment, also analyzes the garage detecting hardware system working principle and the selection of equipment and so on aspects; Again, by developing the garage tool monitoring management system, further study on the industrial computer and picture monitoring management system, PLC control system were studied; Finally, by using kingview software need to make their corresponding configuration monitoring picture and write command language, for the development of vertical circulation parking equipment monitoring and control system for the simulation analysis.
