A Fire Emergency Plan Formulation Of Urban Metro Based On The Fire Safety

With increasing pressure on urban traffic, hard driving and riding not only become a prominent issue of public work and life, but also restrict the development of urban economy. However, subway has many advantages, such as high-speed, whole-day work, high-capacity, safety, punctuality and less impact by traffic jam, etc. Therefore, it is the most effective way to solve the bad traffic in city.However, the complicated construction, numbers of electrical equipments and air condition units, as well as office facilities are the potential of a fire hazard. Sometimes fire is caused by parts of subway may overheat and overload, insulation damage while it is working. And, high temperatures will cause some of the material underground train station renovation and incomplete combustion of the body produce a lot of smoke and toxic gases in the fire. The risk and difficult of rescuing has be increased. To minimize losses, preventing and emergency measures are important. China currently has the appropriate plan prepared by the city subway business, but the preparation of contingency plans for urban subway is still in its infancy, research on fire safety especially in Subway Fire emergency plan is still relatively shallow, so the city subway fire emergency research has profound practical significance, it is in the analysis of the existing literature on the theory, under the guidance of the theory of fire engineering, transportation engineering, safety engineering, mainly to expand research in the following aspects:Firstly, it analyzes the meaning of fire safety, the subject, object and responsibilities of safety management. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics and dangers of urban subway fire, on this basis, to analyze the reasons of subway fire on people, facilities, environment and management. And combining with the fighting procedures of the fire brigade, subway fire protection measures are proposed. Then it analyzes the characteristics, type and the necessity of contingency plans, then combines of the characteristics of the preparation process of the subway fire emergency plans were analyzed in detail and establish the basic steps of the city subway system, fire emergency plan prepared. In addition, after detailed analysis of the process of urban subway emergency plan, combining with the mode, to explain the subway fire emergency response plan procedure and give the solutions of operations and maintenances. At last, Xi’an Metro Line 2 administrative center Station as an example, prepared a emergency plan of subway fire by the theory established in this paper.
