Study On External Transport Route Optimization For Wu Nonglong Hydropower Station

The construction of hydropower stations, the need to enter a large number of materials, personnel, need to choose an economical, convenient, transport capacity to meet the power plant construction needs to transport route. Because of the design life of hydropower station is generally 50 years or more, hydropower station in operation period is longer in need of professional and technical personnel and plant import and field maintenance, mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance update, need a special road convenient access. Therefore need to do special research on Hydropower Station outbound traffic, to meet the needs of the hydropower station construction and long-term operation, equipment maintenance and updating.Construction of the Hydropower station required the freight of construction equipments and special custom equipments(major pieces, long and heavy pieces), Steel, cement, fly ash, oil, timber, living materials and the commuting of the sites staff etc. Based on the real project of Wu Nong Long power station and the external traffic as the research object. At first, this article specificlly analyzed the characteristics of power station construction which mainly contains large quantities requirement of construction materials,concentrated freight periods, major pieces of equipments in super long size etc. Then, it demonstrates four aspects that reflects the controlling factors of the choice to the external transport: the analysis and demonstration of project time schedules, the flow of the import materials, the analysis of the traffic volume and major pieces. The addtions to the four asepcts, it illustrates the extra following points( the freight mode of external routes, technical standard of highway engineering, technical condition of highway engineering, selecting routes, key technology to setting the projects, trend of the routes, the comparison on the amount of project and the economic technology), according to select appropriate external transport and major freight routes, in order to meet the requirement of the construction of hydropower station.
