Research On The External Transportation Organization Of Large Hospitals Under The Condition Of Compact Land

In recent years,the wave of construction of super-large hospitals in megacities in China has aroused public attention.The tightening of land use and the surge in medical traffic have caused many problems in the external traffic organization process of the hospital: The disjunction and conflict with urban traffic,the imbalance between the supply and demand of traffic space in hospitals,and the lag of traffic facilities appear.This paper starts from the two key points of "tight land use" and "external traffic",follows closely the practice dynamics,captures the basic characteristics of external traffic organization,explores the influence of tight land use and scale expansion on external traffic,clarifies the internal correlation between them and constructs the analysis framework.The present situation and core problems of external traffic organization were summarized by field research method,and three operational approaches,targeted strategies and models of external traffic organization were proposed by analogy analysis method,which are suitable for high-density environment,tight land condition and large scale,so as to solve the realistic contradictions of external traffic organization.In addition,the research focuses on the coordination and adaptation of the higher-dimensional urban traffic system and the external traffic of hospitals from the perspective of cities.It is proposed that the external traffic organization should be coordinated by multi-disciplines and departments,and involve different professional perspectives and technical means.The full text consists of five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which clearly defines the research object and method.The second chapter is the construction of a theoretical platform,from the analysis of relevant theoretical foundations and basic characteristics of external traffic,to the impact of austerity and scale expansion on the external traffic organization of the hospital,and finally the analysis framework is proposed.The third chapter is a sample survey and analysis.Based on the constructed theoretical platform,it investigates the current situation of the external traffic organization of three large hospitals in Guangzhou under the condition of austerity.It uses the aggregate analysis of the problem points to mine the core problems and formulate corresponding design goals for the core problems.The fourth chapter aims to solve the problem.According to the analysis of the core problems,according to the proposed analysis framework,the corresponding design strategy is elaborated from the three aspects of the connection with the city,the transportation organization in the hospital,and the connection with the building,and summarized according to the design strategy.A traffic organization model.The fifth chapter is about strategy application,combined with practical projects,to analyze the feasibility of the proposed design strategy in the specific design.Finally,it summarizes the research results and reveals the innovative significance of the research.From theoretical platform construction to sample investigation and analysis,to strategy exploration and application.It is expected that the strategies and models constructed in this study will be helpful to hospital construction practice in the future.
