Urban Public Transport Infrastructure Strategy Research - For Example, To Xi'an

After the analysis of the main factors of urban public traffic construction strategy, the paper puts out the definition of urban public traffic construction strategy, determining the principle of urban public traffic construction strategy, bringing out the theoretical framework of analyzing and framing urban public traffic construction strategy, systematically introducing the steps and methods of framing urban public traffic construction strategy.
