With the maturing of wind power and solar energy technology, wind power and photovoltaic industry is developing at a rapid speed. In such a big background, the development of new energy projects is growing rapidly. But with the characteristics of small capacity and wide distribution area.the traditional management mode is more and more difficult to meet the needs of safe management of new energy power statio.Therefore to establish a new energy remote monitoring platform,realizing remote supervision of all power station has important significance.Although with the rapid development of new energy industry, in China installed capacity of thermal power of total installed capacity is 68.8%,the electricity is 78.4%. In the future a long period of time, thermal power in the power structure will continue to occupy a high proportion in China. In recent years, although with the rapid development of unit of 600 MW and 1000 MW,300MW unit still is the main unit.But affected by the problem of power plant energy saving, emission and pollution,300 MW become the main stopped object of power grid.Due to maintaining the requirement of the heat pipe pressure,heat supply units is less affected by power grid.So the design of condensing steam 300 MW turbine-generator unit to heat supply 300 MW unit has a significant meaning.Combined with the actual situation of my Shanghai electric power co.LTD, this paper mainly studied the remote monitoring platform of new energy based on the 17 new energy wind power, photovoltaic power station and the design of control logic for 300 MW condensing steam turbine-generator unit.This paper based on the status quo of the company analysis the design background,construction,design principles of remote monitoring platform, complete the design of the data transmission,system architecture and access.it design technical specification for wind power and photovoltaic power station based on the new energy remote supervisory platform,clear about the configuration, function and and technical index for new energy power remote control center.At the same time, combined with the #11units of wujing power plant the article study on design of control logic for 300 MW condensing steam turbine-generator unit. This paper discuss the control logic of steam turbine, filling water and coordination.The modified unit was tested to find problem of AGC and the primary frequency control and optimized.In this paper, the design of new energy supervisory platform will be started in 2015, the design of control logic for heat supply unit has been applied to wujing #11 unit innovation and has obtained the nice effect.
