BIM technology is a new way for design and build system, in a nutshell it provide more comprehensive data information for construction projects in details. The theory and application last for many years, but the development is still slow in practical application. Professional application research is less. So this thesis focuses on the application of BIM technology in the design phase, and focus on the structural seismic performance analysis.Usually, the seismic performance analysis is vulnerability analysis of, using numerical analysis method. Considering the static elastoplastic stress assumes there are two kinds of dynamic elastoplastic analysis method. Those two kinds of analysis method both need lot of design information input. So this thesis combined with BIM technology information data integration advantages, research and development a basic framework of the seismic performance analysis system for special-shaped structure engineering.To complete the system, this thesis mainly studied the following two aspect:1) Study of the data flow in the design process, mainly solve how to do better communication about information, thus puts forward a basic architecture database suite for the structure and try it in Huanglong diving project;2) Take the Huanglong diving project as an example, studied structure seismic performance of numerical analysis application base on the database.Through the study of this thesis, there are preliminary results and conclusions:1) This thesis, realized the method that Rhino software can integration more professional function by usig OOP method;2) In this thesis, the construction of simple structure database has a good exemplary role in view of the present BIM technology;3) Also in the process of these problems, in order to achieve the purpose of the research there are two technologies completed: a space alien structure finite element modeling method, a kind of dimension the halving method such as chord length curve segmentation algorithm.
