Engine electronic control technology is to reduce the pollution of the environment of engine exhaust, improve an important parameter in dynamic and economic performances,it has been used in many engine development.In this article, the emissions regulations and the strict development trend of different countries and regions are studied, and some control techniques are proposed to improve the emissions.In this paper, a set of electronic control system for motorcycle engine is developed, and the performance test is carried out, and the parameters of the engine are optimized and matched according to the test results.. The electronic control technology of the engine is likely to become the mainstream of the future development direction.In the process of system development, Firstly, the structure characteristics of motorcycle itself are analyzed and studied,the inlet of exhaust system and fuel supply system have been designed and matched of; The signal of the engine was analyzed.The driving circuit of the signal adjustment circuit and the related device are designed.The method of matching control parameters is studied. The effect of the control parameters on the partial discharge of the working conditions was studied by experiments. The optimization experiments of controlling parameters were carried out and the calibration was carried out. In addition, the practical ignition advance angle parameter, the injection MAP chart and the cylinder temperature correction curve are also obtained, the experiment and research of the cold starting emission control technology are carried out..Finally, economy and emissions of power with the original machine were compared for EFI engine.We can see that engine electronic control of fuel consumption, emissions were decreased than the original machine from the result,power has also been improved to some extent. This shows that the development of the electronic control system is effective. This system not only has a good improvement of the engine, but also has the features of low cost, easy installation, simple modification, etc., and it has a good development prospect.
