| Jinjiang is the mother river of Quanzhou City, is an important water source for the city’s population of about 8000000, and supporting the economic development of Quanzhou City which occupies about the 1/4 GDP of Fujian province. Therefore, to studying the optimization measures of Jingjiang valley Eco-compensation is important significance for the continued in-depth implementation of the Jinjiang valley Eco-compensation to ensure the safety of jinjiang water environment, in combination with the practical situation of Jinjiang valley.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduced this article research background and significance, research status, research methods, research ideas, as well as the research contents and innovations.
