Building information model(Building Information Modeling BIM) can make the information in the construction project from planning stage to operating stage in the whole life cycle realise real-time sharing, to work together so as to reduce losses from project errors at the early stage of the project, so the government advocates the implementation of BIM, but as the main driver of BIM application, the enterprises has their own consideration. This article studies the influential factors of BIM application implementation, implementation mode and case simulation, for the implementation of BIM or will be the implementation of BIM enterprise to provide the reference.Based on the research achievements of the experts at home and abroad, I extracted, induced and summarized the influential factors of BIM,which can be divided into three categories: management, environment and technology with top-down structure. Factors of 45 items by way of questionnaire survey of importance, using AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to do weight analysis, to get the key influence factors of the application in the construction project implementation of BIM, game point of the reference for BIM implementation mode.Through the entrust-agent model of game theory, this paper transfers the implement modes to functions to do some analysis, get the the expectation function of only considering entrust-agent cost and management cost of the non quantitative analysis. By studying the BIM, the game relation cooperated-builing parties in different implementation mode, can make the game subject to maximize the expected utility of the model, namely the applicable mode.The implement model is studied by the entrust-agent model. Combined with the actual situation, I design the process of each implementation model, and through the example simulation setting out a BIM implementation plan, make it be applied better in BIM project implementation.
