On the basis of the construction process of a airplane final assembly factory, and through a systemic summary of both the domestic and aboard research data of the construction of large scale factory, detailed introductions and researches are been made, which involve the integral hoisting technique of large scale steel grid roof, construction technique of roof waterproof with PVC of large scale factory, construction technique of the large area anti-friction floor made with reinforced concrete with ground radiation heating, manufacture and installation technique of the continuous steel gate. It is proposed that:(1) The construction technique of integral hoisting of large scale steel grid roof after assembly on the ground is a practical method. Other installation and construction roof can be safely carried out when the steel grid roof is assembling on the ground. And fewer scaffolds will be used since a lot of works can be done on the ground, which will avoid many aerial works and will reduce the difficulty of security management. Accuracy of the installation of the steel grid roof will also be easy to control. Not only the cost will reduced, but also the quality and safety can be guaranteed.(2) Before the hoisting of the steel grid roof, a numerical model should be established to analyse the safety issue of the hoisting stage, the situation when hoisting point partially invalidated and aerial stagnation stage. Measures are proposed to control the safety of the steel grid roof based on the calculation results. Then procedure of the hoisting of the steel grid roof, process and process flow of the hoisting and measures of the safety and quality control are elaborated.(3) During the construction of the roof waterproof with PVC, quality of the material and the soldering joint of coiled materials should be controlled properly. Plan of the pave of insulation board and PVC coil and detailed disposals of the Roof engineering should be made before construction. Standard of the inspection, testing and control of the engineering quality will also be given. Quality of the roof waterproof can be guarantee only by strictly following the construction plan.(4) In the process of the manufacture and installation of the continuous steel gate of the factory, rigorous measures of the installation technology and quality control of the manufacture and installation should been made. Location of the bolted connection of the gate should been precisely controlled, tolerance of the location and diagonal should fit the design and standard. The gate should be easy to open and the seam of the gate should be tight after installation.This paper will be a reference to similar engineerings.
