Application Technology Research On Yangzhou Taizhou Airport Steel Roof Installation

Steel structure is featured by great strength, excellent mechanical properties and industrialized construction. With the development of economic construction, large span steel structure has been increasingly widely used in public buildings. Meanwhile, the complex designs and diverse forms of large-span space steel structure have higher requirements for the construction technology.In the paper, the construction methods of steel structure roofs of small and medium-sized airport terminals are summarized; the classification of forms, construction methods and characteristics of large-span structure are introduced and the applicable scopes are summarized.In the paper, the steel roof installation project Yangzhou Taizhou Airport terminal is selected as the research object; the constructions including the choices of construction methods, the assembling and structure outline of steel members in the field and installation of steel reticulated shell structure are analyzed; according to the engineering characteristics and technical conditions, the technical contents of striping (blocking) installation method used in the engineering construction are argued; the ANSYS is used to simulate and research the welded grillage slab method that crawler cranes walk and construct, including working condition analysis, the establishment and computing of the model; on the basis of installation scheme of the terminal roof structure, the ANSYS and Midas are used to simulate the installation process by computer; the greatest stress and deformation of the structure under different working conditions are analyzed; and technical support is provided for the project construction.The research of the paper extends the application scopes of traditional steel structure construction methods in the construction projects of small and medium-sized airports, improves the construction plans and guides the actual construction by conducting numerical analysis with ANSYS and plays an important role in the large-span steel structure installation engineering construction of small and medium-sized airports.
