Study On Standard System Of Green Building In Cold Regions

Green building is an architectural style on the basis of development of the ecological coordinated between man and nature, artificially created and environment, it symbolizes the human ecological civilization and ecological wisdom. Since the "green building evaluation criteria" promulgated, the region have been promulgated more than a green building rating standards. But the number of other green building standards are rare, since such standards was published by a single supplement. Base this situation, existing green building national standards and industry standards due to lack of systematic.And the addition standards can not be classified as a good discipline among professional standards division because of standards generally lack of system design.Hence it is not yet a complete standard system. That made the standard user confusion in the application of engineering practice.Firstly, this paper defined definition of standards and standard system. Furthermore studied two case of green public buildings and residential buildings as instances represented the Green Building of Shaanxi cold districts. The label of Green Building certifications in Cold Regions took advantage of the number of the label of the newly application of the whole country. And the number of design labels higher than operation labels on the distribution of the label. Public buildings and residential buildings have almost same proportion of the number of the lable; industry building labels are rare still.The number of labels has relevance with reigon economic level.After anlysis the building standard system of the United States, Japan, South Korea on building standards system, the standard content, green building;this paper do a comparative study on United States, Japan, South Korea and China. Countries through different regions and different types of standards adapted to the appropriate area. Then using the method of general systems theory model of mathematical analysis the complexity of the standard system, the complexity lies in the green building green building standards system participants and systems with nonlinear memory properties; The various functions and needs of the subject is the power source of the green building standards system; Weather patterns, building types and construction life cycle is the standard system functional groups.
